Jacob Kleinman
Jacob leads Signo’s strategy, Defence engagement and business development work, bringing more than 20 years’ experience across Defence, government, industry and strategic advisory.
A former Australian Army officer with 16 years’ service, he combines operational understanding with deep experience across Defence industry development, complex stakeholder engagement and commercial growth.
Jacob works alongside leadership teams to navigate government and procurement environments, strengthen strategic relationships and identify credible pathways to market. His strength is connecting capability with commercial direction and turning opportunity into sustained growth.

Kristen Phillips
Kristen leads Signo’s positioning and communications work, bringing 15 years’ experience helping organisations define how they show up, build credibility and engage the people who matter.
Strategically focused and commercially minded, she works with founders and leadership teams across technology, innovation and complex sectors to sharpen market position, strengthen company narratives and build authority with customers, partners, investors and industry.
Her strength is turning complex ideas into clear, compelling communications and connecting positioning, thought leadership, media and stakeholder engagement to broader commercial objectives.
