Repositioning Hyperion Systems ahead of its biggest week yet
Ahead of the Indian Ocean Defence and Security conference in May 2026, Hyperion Systems was preparing for a significant step up in visibility.
The technology was already strong. The challenge was making the business easier to understand quickly — for customers, government, industry partners and investors.
Signo worked with Hyperion to sharpen its positioning, clarify the company narrative and rebuild its website around a much clearer proposition: manufacturing closer to the point of need.
The new site brought Hyperion’s deployable manufacturing systems, materials capability, software layer and distributed manufacturing model into one coherent story. Today, the website leads with the idea of producing critical parts and infrastructure faster, with less dependence on distant suppliers and long lead times.
At the same time, we supported the launch of ASTRA Marine, developing the brand and collateral required to introduce the new autonomous maritime capability at IODS.
The timing mattered.
At IODS, Hyperion publicly unveiled both TitanCell and the ASTRA 460. Hyperion’s own event recap described a week of two major system unveilings, sustained media activity and strong engagement with government, industry and international stakeholders.
The ASTRA 460 also received national Defence media coverage, with Australian Defence Magazine reporting on the vessel’s public unveiling alongside TitanCell and Hyperion’s broader distributed manufacturing capability.
For Signo, the work was about more than producing a new website or launch collateral. It was about creating a clearer market position around a complex technology business before a major moment of exposure.
Since then, Hyperion has continued to build momentum across its technology, partnerships and growth.
